In November 2005, facing a then execution date of December 7th, Tony embarked on a month long peaceful non violent protest of his execution and those of all men on death rows all over the world. Risking the loss of precious final visits, the basic human rights of showers and exercise, as well as access to correspondance materials, Tony remained resolute in his determination that his murder at the hands of the state of Texas would not remain "business as usual".
Tony continues to protest in solidarity with those who face their own state sanctioned murders.
